Is there some way in this that the moderator "sees" what the edit is? I am thinking about people wanting to take out negative comments such as "died twice in my Ohio garden - not hardy here" - which is important to know.

Wouldn't the edit need to be ok'd by the original poster?

Or, are you only talking about typos?

I am not doing well explaining what I am trying to say.

Maybe my question is 1) how does the moderator know what has been changed 2) any guidelines on what is acceptable to change?
