Ginny - this is the recipe I'm trying for the first time. Since I'm using a 3# chunk of top (or bottom? can't remember now) round that I bought on sale, I used 1 cup of beef stock instead of 1 cup of water. And I don't have packets of Italian seasoning so I threw in some garlic salt and some oregano. Cooks for 55 minutes on high pressure. Will know later this afternoon how it turns out.

Only when the last tree has died and the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realize that we can't eat money. Cree proverb
