Rj,
It's basically your cornbread recipe, (for those against sugar in cornbread, lol) topped with cheese and sour cream. It's addictive and good warm or cold.

Onion Supper Muffins

1 T. butter
1/4 c. onions
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 t. salt
4 t. baking powder
1/4 c. oil
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded.

Saute the onions in the butter till tender and let cool.
Sift dry ingredients.
Beat the eggs into the milk. Add the onions and dry ingredients. Stir 25 strokes or less. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Combine the cheese and sour cream. Top each muffin.

Bake 400° 15 to 20 minutes

Makes 6 large or 15 small muffins.

Ginny,
Take that rain! We waited all summer for it!
I think the farmers were waiting for the rain to add a bit of moisture to their crops around here.
ROTFL! Did you find a hot dog costume? How neat to have both out for pizza!

Mac,
You finally got rain too!
Put stuffed peppers in the freezer. This year I didn't parboil the peppers for 5 minutes in a tiny bit of water and I think I like them better baked that way.
It will be so nice to have the generator up and running. Especially if there is an ice storm this winter. Those scare me now.

Mike,
Laughing! I love to find the sleepy bumble bees in the morning.
Buddy is adorable! My neighbor had a pit bull and we babysat her when she had to be gone. She came in the house and never bothered the cats, altho they did their best to tempt her. She was a sweet dog too and every chance she got when out peeing, she would sneak over here whether we were out or not. We told her she could stay a while and we would bring her back.
You only get to trick if you don't get the treat. Do the kids soap windows anymore?
Laughing, but what a disappointment on the spinach. I didn't have a good spring crop and never got any fin the freezer. I should have fall planted, but we had no rain. I like Bloomsdale.
History was my most boring subject too.
Ha, I have the same rug. Neat new tool. What will you use it on?
Indian blanket, a gaillardia. Aw, cool! I never did moonflowers, but always wanted to.

Gene,
Laughing! You have a way with words!
Snored thru the fist half paragraph of what you had to learn. Heavy stuff!

Cyber,
Good to see you!
The F word is almost worst than the S word, lol!

Susan,
I just love your pictures and clothes! Your knitted coat is awesome! What a labor of love! From watching ''The Little Couple,'' who just went to Scotland, I now know the object in front is a purse for lack of pockets in a kilt.
The updated outfits are neat and you look so good! Will you find places to wear these often? Heck, I'd wear them to a restaurant with pride.

Cindy,
Nothing better than seeing grass seed sprout, then get big enough to handle being mowed.
LED lights are amazing. The bedroom still runs on bulbs because they are three way and haven't burned out. Besides, the shade clamps onto the bulb.

Jeanne,
It would be so neat to get Irish kilts, even if just to have them. I'm Irish, Scottish and Welsh. I'd like to do the DNA test to see how much of each I am and what else besides German.
You got the rain that split around dme till the last minute. I finally got more too.

Jim,
Snails and spiders!

Pink in her prime. As she aged her back legs wouldn't hold her up. My favorite picture. Pink meets Teddy.
