The pretty red one with the feathery foliage is a dwarf Poinciana, or common name is Pride of Barbados. It blooms all summer here, nearly 8 months of the year in fact, and grows into a lovely small tree or a large shrub depending upon how you prune it. It will lose its leaves in the winter.

The other may be one of several wonderful yellow blooming shrubs/trees. Could be yellow Tabebuia, or Mandevilla, or Senna or a couple of others. Could you please take some closer photos of the flowers and post them?
