I grow a few Hoya's but I don't know a lot about them, just that a lot of them look alike. I thought maybe if there were a better photo of the leaves someone might recognize it. I bet one of the Hoya pro's on the Hooked on Hoya cubit: http://cubits.org/Hoya/ would be able to give you an ID.

It reminds me of Hoya pubicalyx.
