Thanks Yan and Littlebin. Really appreciate all your help for the ID. Yan, I think my NOID looks closer to the first one than the second. Its description about the fragrance being pleasantly sweet is what led me to believe it maybe Lan Xian Nu. This is the second year it has bloomed. Not sure if the blooms will get fuller when the tree is more established.
