@Allison,
Such great photos and Cider night sounds great. Love the Zombie. We had about 500 kids last night. I live in a rural community on the Eastern Shore so people from the local schools drive their kids to our neighborhood because it is a neighborhood. We had all ages from infant, toddler, to about age 13 in all manner of costumes. My favorite was a group who had dressed like Dorothy, the Cowardly Lion, Scarecrow and Tin Man (minus Toto). My yard wasn't spooky -lots of ghosts, lights, straw bales, pumpkins and mums, etc. In my younger days we used to go all out and I'd pipe the organ music from Phantom of the Opera right as the kids were hitting the front walk to the house. It scared too many of the younger children so I gave that (and the flying witch, graveyard, etc.) up. And, I used to dress as the Wicked Witch of the West and my Pomeranian was a substitute for Toto. Whistling
