re Chilaquiles: they come in many different forms but the main ingredients are the same. Here we use flour tortillas cut in strips and fried, green or red chile sauce ( I much prefer the green) and usually chicken or turkey with the green sauce plus lots of cheese. I like mine with fried eggs on top but everyone doesn't. It is easy to make but sometimes having someone else cook for you is what you want.

When I worked in San Francisco I lived across the Golden Gate bridge in Marin. One morning I was driving into work, stuck in traffic on the Waldo grade and the Blue Angels were practising for Fleet Week. They actually flew under the bridge! It was amazing. I also watched Air Force 1 take off from SFO one time as I was returning to the city from Treasure Island, I think it was during Clinton's presidency but no matter who was in office, seeing that plane was awe inspiring.

It's 87°f at noon and 57% humidity, sunny with a breeze. Beautiful.

Welcome home Marilynne and glad you are safe.
A day without sunshine is like, you know, night.
