I got Sugar Plum Fairy from Hollingsworth's last fall, it grew well but didn't bloom, hopefully next spring. Have Folk Art, it performs beautifully here and the flowers are gorgeous, one of my favorite singles. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do, Frank!
Planted my Peony Shop order today, some of the roots were ginormous this year! I didn't take the time to take pics, sorry, but I counted 15 eyes on some of the roots! I got Gardenia from them and I ended up splitting it into 3 pieces since it felt like it was not a single root piece when I picked it up, didn't have to break any roots just untangled, and I think 2 pieces might be big enough to bloom next year. They had several Itohs for around $20 each plus $5 ea shipping---got Yellow Waterlily, Scarlet Heaven and Old Rose Dandy. I had both SH and ORD but cannot find them anymore, guess the pieces I had died out, and have been eying Yellow Waterlily on the Select Plus website for a few years. Sure hope they decide to start selling again....
