I would imagine purple and orange would have a little different tastes, like purple a bit stronger.

I got a couple of seed sets, of a newer variety, last winter, from ace hardware.
Also, WOW !!! 🙈🙉🙊 I believe, I googled sweet taters. Woha, Dares. A bunch of different varities. New and old. Also, with different maturity days ! I'm sure, you'll like dat ! Hurray! Thumbs up
