I forgot to add.
I had 3 Stokes organic purple sweet potatoes. One decided to make sprouts. This was a bad time of year but I was gonna roll with it anyway, indoors under lights, with heat - gotta keep it alive until spring arrives.
I purchased a new shop light for less than 1/3 of what I paid for the first LED shop light, and wow, holy cow, would you look at that (photos later), the sweets are growing like crazy. This light must be making them very happy.
