That is a lovely flowering Echeveria. Smiling I don't think it's E. lilacina, though. The leaves should be blue/gray. The flowers should be coral/pink and bell-shaped. Take a look at some of the other images here for comparison.

Unfortunately I don't know what exactly to call it, other than Echeveria. Do you have any other information about the plant? If we're unable to come up with a suitable species or hybrid name for the plant, I would say it would belong in the generic Echeveria entry instead.
