I've had quite a few kinds since migration started. The Black-chinned I know better, because a few stay over summer to nest. I think I've seen the Ruby-throated kind like you have in TN, but of course, I'm not good at ID's. The problem is that Texas just has so many kinds of hummers passing through. One of my visitors.
