Not that it makes a lot of difference to me, but when you are writing an article in the forum format, you have to do it all in one sitting. This means all of the rough draft, the editing, the formatting of photos into it. There is no saving to drafts and coming back later. That is one major reason for not doing long articles here.
When we had the article format, we could save to a draft and work at our own pace. And previously when I wrote articles, I could upload all of my photos to the bottom of my article, then move them up to their intended location when ready. Just sayin'...
