Very pretty!
Every white Christmas cactus I have ever seen has fuschia or red in the center or at the base of the flowers. I don't think there are any truly pure white ones.
I am not the original poster, but I feed all my epiphytic cacti regular orchid food, albeit at 1/4 the recommended strength and only a few times per year.
