The first is not that great a plant, although the bloom is fairly white for a tetraploid. The second performed spectacularly in 2016, but not so well this year. I am trying to make crosses with it, though it is a bit challenging as a pod parent.
My birthday was yesterday, on the 24th. I bought the aforementioned iris solely for that reason. (We'll see if it stays...)
