You are so right, Sally. Jeff has kind of looked at me with a funny look and said maybe we'll rethink eventually moving to upstate NY. Especially since we don't have any water due to the frozen pipe underground between the street and the house. YAY!!!
Pretending we are camping and going to a friend's house for showers.

Our son who did move to Hamilton, NY has used up a 250 gal oil tank in 29 days. He needs to have somebody come clean the chimney and then he can start to use the wood-burning furnace in the basement. I think today they went to -12 this morning.
