I'm in a warmer zone then those above and it did very well for me too. I had it in part shade and it still bloomed well. I lost mine years ago and looked around all over trying to replace it from a rust free source and unfortunately couldn't find it back then. This daylily reminds me of how many of the older dayliles are tough and take the abuse of even a newbie. A good daylily for anyone.........Maryl
