There won't be much left for you to eat because you should be adding fresh vegetables to your "don't cook anything alive". Oh wait, canned veggies and store bought meat (someone else did the slaughtering for you).

PS: for all of you who don't know me well: I am always willing to play Devel's Advocate. Or, as my DD#1 says: I prefer to follow the "Green Fields of France" approach: "I hope you died quick and I hope you died clean"
