I know bringing plants into Cali is a big deal. Maybe as big as a deal as bringing plants into FL?? I think it would be easiest for her to get clearance when she leaves then no matter what state she's in she'll be clear. She can also ask about her Lime tree. But I've already told her to donate it to a nursing home.
