I use *Miracle Gro Bloom Booster*. It does the trick for me and i can buy it anywhere. Since the recommend time for spring bloom fertilization is six weeks prior to bloom that that puts me in early February. For the big guys around mid February. Valentine's Day is a good way for me to remember...... weather permitting.
