In my head
Soup pot
I used 1.5 cartons of chicken broth low sodium
6-7 chicken wings
Stick of butter
A medium onion just chopped up
5 decent sized cloves garlic chopped
Dried leaks....maybe 1/2 cup
A carton of whole white mushrooms ( the 6x6 size??) sliced up
I/4 teaspoon celery seed
A few shakes of dried dill
I/4-1/2 cup heavy cream
I put it all in a pot and simmered low it for 2 hours ..2:5 hours
Pulled out wings and deboned
It was great
I hope I haven't forgotten anything
No bullion
If I had no heavy cream would have used 1/2 can of cream of mushroom
If you can get fresh clams add next day ..or even can of progreso white clam sauce ..not red and add it right from can to the soup /sauce with a bit white wine .. not much ..a small slu..and cook another 1/2 hour and serve over pasta. Top with fresh grated parm
