A low of 9 this morning was much better than the 1 of yesterday. All the talk of 40's for Saturday.....39 thanks to a mostly hazy cloudy day. I was looking forward to warm temps, sunshine and some of this miserable ice melting. Sorry to those needing rain, we are expecting some overnight which will most likely work like a zamboni making the ice all smooth and shiny. Glare

Not looking forward to more arctic blasts. I'm hoping Feb. goes fast. With only 3 full weeks it should zip right by into March. A nor'easter the 2nd week, we always get a nor'easter the 2nd week of March, after that spring can't be to far away...right?

Fried visualizer Rolling on the floor laughing That's a good one!

Found an interesting link to a project The Weather Channel did on how states are responding to climate change. After reading and listening to the Vermont story earlier today I thought there may be others who might like to read about their state. The Vermont story was interesting and well done... hope to read them all before winter is over.
