I went for a year acknowledging that my garden is, in fact, completely full. But it was bad for my health. I did not get outside enough. So now I try to indulge myself. Moderately. For my health. . Not that anyone here might know what I mean.

I understand and agree completely! Exercise is SO therapeutic for all kinds of aches, pains, moods and attitudes. Even if you have to create a new garden, squeeze them into a currently-existing garden or create a new garden for them, the health benefits of the exercise far outweigh all else!
