Course, if I had a bucket of peonies sending up sprouts I guess I would feel pretty good too. Keep debating digging out my two pots from the snow and bringing them into the garage, but them I would have to provide light. Alternative the crawl space. Same problem though. The 55F would make them grow but no light.
