Susan, we have an Instant Pot as well as our old Presto stove-top and 2 pressure canners. Mrs loves the IP since she doesn't have to tend to it while it's cooking. Electronic, so you just dial in whatever you need. It pressurizes on it's own, runs the allocated time, then goes into warming mode.
