Wow ... I'm loving the autumn colors!

Sharon, I bet your mountains are beautiful! So, you consider 3 hours a "short" trip? LOL, 15 minutes is a short trip to me ... 3 hours and I'd have to stay awhile. Big Grin But, when I visit the mountains I never want to leave!

We don't get to see a lot in the way of colorful autumn leaves down here but we do sometimes get a little color. These are some pic's I took yesterday.

Koelreuteria elegans (Chinese Rain Tree) has pretty yellow flowers and rose colored seed pods:
