nothing out of the ordinary (all @ 1/2 strength but i fertilize more often), just organic rose food, monophosphate, epsom salts, iron, and osmocote. i alternate feedings with whatever i grab first . my in-ground plantings don't do as well because of the sandy soil, but my pots do well with cactus mix or miracle grow soil. if they're grown in the miracle soil, i don't give as much food because i think it's already in the mix. after 6 mo. i fertilize....and when i divide this year, i'll scoop 1/2 the soil out, replace with new stuff and mix in the rose food, monophosphate, epsom salts, iron, osmocote, & sulphur. (our water is very alkaline and hard...our source is the colorado river. i don't drink it myself... tastes yucky even filtered. thank goodness for bottled water Sticking tongue out )
