That looks very nice. I question your diagnosis of a virus. The symptoms aren't quite what I would expect. A bad virus infection causes striping on the leaves, which I don't see in your photo.There is no effective treatment for viruses, and those bulbs should be discarded. However, if bulb mites are causing the spots on the scapes , it doesn't look bad enough to discard the bulb.
