Ha , did count my blessings , but the gras seems always greener at the other side of the fens but the Netherlands are great to be living . I also have a small little greenhouse in the big greenhouse standing for the vanda orchids , i cover the ground with chipped wood bark that i water well in the morning to keep humidity high, it works great for them ( maybe it works also for you in your greenhouse in summer).
But in the winter i only have a 2 -3 hours a day of work with the plants keep a lot of them on the dry side, so than its time for stainless glass .
