Only way for Bermuda, is to remove one foot of soil, and replace with clean soil.
I imagine it would eliminate the bindweed also.

Your going to have to move plants out, and be sure to get any grass stolens out of there roots, before replanting.
Anything i say, could be misrepresented, or wrong.
