Maintenance of Perennial Beds.
Was a very long, cold, snowy winter up till two weeks ago, when we actually started to see some snowdrops. We don't usually see the first until mid March. Have had a nice warm spell for most of the time since then; quite a melt and the garden's now almost all snow- and ice-free at the surface. Today back to the cold, though just a sprinkling of snow. Have to admit we didn't suffer the whole cold time; especially loved Martinique.

Like to think it'll be an early spring, but don't think that's predicted.
