It looks like this may actually be Aloe x nobilis, which is a presumed hybrid of Aloe brevifolia. I say this for two reasons. The raceme is much fuller (more densely flowered) than brevifolia usually is. And the leaves appear to be green and not glaucous, if those leaves in the lower left of the photo are the same plant.

Compare these two plants and their corresponding flowers. On the left is nobilis and on the right is brevifolia.



I would like to propose that we move this image to the generic Aloe entry, which is where unnatural hybrids like Aloe x nobilis are filed, unless you disagree. Maybe you have another picture of the plant itself?
