Nope, if you have another tree that has female or complete flowers, it will attract bees and enhance pollination. But (sad but true) it won't give you any fruit unless it puts on complete flowers later in the game. No idea if it will or not.

The annoying thing with papayas is you really don't know what it's going to be until it flowers.
