We went for a walk yesterday. We have added two short cul-de-sacs to our routes. They add a few minutes. I was afraid we were dropping below 30 minutes. I'm up to 242 table pushups. Maybe at some point I'll try real ones. I have never been able to do them. I can't do the ones on my knees (we called those girl pushups) because I can't put any pressure on my knees. If I had to crawl out of somewhere, I'd be in trouble.
