Hello, everyone.

I have a theory that the word "adenium" is a contraction of an ancient latin curse meaning: "I will make you sweat".

My little adenium looked great out of the box, with 4 green leaves. So, I potted it and set it outside, where it was 78-80F and a steady drizzle was falling. It drizzled for 2 or 3 days. The baby was under the eaves, so it didn't get constant drizzle; just enough to keep the soil nicely moist, but not soggy. And there's where the latin curse took hold. As of this morning, all 4 leaves fell off. But, I have been through stuff this before and I KNOW for a fact that it will perk right up. I am not sweating this one out.

Take care, all.
Sylvain.
