Exactly. It seems so simple and routine that I have no idea what the complaining is about. The Crintonic Gardens ordering process is the same as almost every hybridizer (even most online daylily resellers) I have bought from.
Download and print the order form from the website.
Fill it out.
Include payment.
Envelope, address, stamp.
Drop in mailbox.
Some hybridizers & resellers will accept an email order and PayPal. I like that, but it falls under the heading of "frills & extras". If I were doing the digging and selling, I think I'd prefer to work from a chronological stack of printed orders.
