Hello Carole, Welcome!
I was afraid that might be the case. There are a few good seed companies that will ship internationally for a reasonable shipping charge. One of them is Swallowtail Garden Seeds.
https://www.swallowtailgardens...
Swallowtail has an excellent selection of seeds, better than most of the seed companies here in the States. For example, they have several new colors in the Zinderella line of zinnias. I ordered a packet of each and 3 packets of the white. White crosses well with other colors with good results.

White is actually a funny color in zinnias. Most zinnia colors are based on specific organic compounds that are similar to dyes. Some flower colors have been used as dyes in the past, although no zinnia colors that I know of. However, I don't think there is a white pigment in white zinnia colors. I think that the white is structural, like snowflakes are white, but melt to clear water. And I think the white structural color can improve the other "dye-based" colors. For that reason, and others, white is my favorite zinnia color.

I am curious how these Zinderellas perform, because some people have reported that, like many of the scabiosa flowered types, the Zinderellas had a problem with coming true. But, as an amateur zinnia breeder, I hope to get at least one Zinderella specimen in each color that does come true, so that I can save seeds from it and establish my own improved versions of the strain. And, of course, I will cross my "good" Zinderellas with pretty much every zinnia form that I already have. Considering some of my weird zinnia forms, there are many possibilities for new stuff.

Do check out the Swallowtail Garden Seed site. International shipping is not super expensive, and it can open up new possibilities for you.
