After seeing the gorgeous plants in all those HUGE pots at The Ark Encounter in Kentucky, I was determined to have one. I found a pot locally last fall (tho not quite as big as I wanted; I think this one is only about 32 inches; I wanted bigger than that. At least a 36, or even a 42. Pot price wasn't totally in the stratosphere, but the shipping to get it here was. Found one locally that was a price and a half, but bought it at 40% off last fall. Anyway.............bought some plants today to get it started growing in the greenhouse. Blasted plants cost me almost $100.00........ Rolling on the floor laughing I couldn't see spending $20.00 for some type of EE to put in it when I have so many here in my g'house that I just dumped out a pot and hacked one off and put it in. I think it will look pretty nice out in my yard *if* it ever gets warm enough.

I also bought an ivy to put in a birdcage I have. My intent is to have the ivy grow out through the cage wires and "envelope" the cage. I hope the plant gets that memo. Whistling The latch on the cage was broken and was able to haggle the price down to half of what they had on it. Hence the snap. A ziptie would look better; I may do that after the plant gets going.
