I think it depends on the amount of vole infestation, Janice. It totally took care of my lilies in a big area. But I don't think I had too many voles, maybe they were just getting started. I didn't have a ton of vole damage before the daffodils, just some. Nothing like you describe.
Horrible little critters. Do they have any purpose on earth?
