it's probably 5 or 6 years in that spot--it had a good year last year Smiling maybe after all of the snow we had last winter, it got a good long drink?

I planted another one with it at the same time and it hasn't done much since, so I really can't take any credit for getting this one to grow like that Shrug!
Thankfully, most of them do take off after a while and put on a good show Thumbs up



I just positioned mine in hopes they don't get lost among the ground cover, hostas, and spirea. I find it an interesting woody viney plant. Your photo shows such balance among the flowers, like they are growing horizontally. That is what captured my eye.
Its easy for me to believe in miracles when science can't explain why a blade of grass has its shape and that is just one plant and one attribute.
