Valerie, we have same forecast as you: overcast, 60s chance of rain later. Odd weather here. We're 25 miles from Bangor, and closer to the ocean, which makes us somewhat cooler in the summer - usually by 4 or 5 degrees. But Wednesday it was 88 in Bangor and only 74 here. Char got the heat over in VT too, I see. So the ocean must be very cold still (in the 40s these days) and that really cooled off our air. Just as well bc even though we complain about the cold all winter, as soon as it hits 80 or 85, we're complaining about the heat!

Daylilies coming on good with recent rain. 8-10" high now. So far I'm ahead with weeding, Milorganite and other spring chores, but I have to keep at it bc there's more beds to do and it doesn't take much to fall behind!
