We had a good dinner: a big salad, grilled chicken breasts (marinated in Italian dressing), cauliflower tots, and grilled pineapple spears (marinated in fresh lime juice, lime zest, cinnamon, and a little olive oil.) That grilled pineapple was great! My husband had a red blend wine but abstained.
My poor husband was out there grilling in the rain.
