I am sure that a great many of us know Rhyncholaelia digbyana with its bright green flowers and frilly lip. One of the species responsible for floofiness!!! This clone is mounted on cork bark. I have one in a basket and the third is on pecky cypress. So any one so inclined to grow this species will have success no matter how they grow it. This bloom is nearly 6 1/2" wide. Oh yes, it has a citrus like fragrance.
Light however is still the key. Good sunshine for 3-4 hours and otherwise bright.
Orchid lecturer, teacher and judge. Retired Wildlife Biologist. Supervisor of a nature preserve up until I retired.
