Jubilee Celebration is hard to find, so if Austin carries it, that's the place to order. Austin also still seems to have an exclusive lock on Lady of Shalott. Even Hortico doesn't have it yet.
Jubilee Celebration is also a little harder to grow than the average Austin, so it's possible that other nurseries stopped carrying it for that reason. For one thing, it's one of the few Austin roses that aren't hardy to zone 5. Most of the Austin roses are hardy to zone 5 and some can even be grown without protection in zone 4, but there are a few more delicate darlings that need zone 6 or higher.
