Dear Lucy, they have had it rough up north this year and it may be a bad winter! Yes it was chilly here but not like they have had to suffer. When we had to go up to Norfolk we saw Sarah's Uncle Roy who is a Fuchsia grower, and it has been a bad year for him with the cold and the drought on our east coast. Freezing cold winds coming off the north sea and no rain was not good for him at all. When we got there it was blowing a force 10 gale and you you could hardly stand up in the wind, plus it was cold, very cold.
Let us hope it gets better, but somehow I doubt it!
