What do you think - will slag abrasive work instead of sand in hypertufa? It's black, so hoping it won't show too much. It should work, right? It is after all, a mineral that is cooked. I have an endless supply of it, as HH is working at a metal fabricating shop as one of the sandblasters, and this is what they use. Update to follow - I really want to make some pinch pots, now that I have umpteen million seedlings of Jovibarba heuffelii and other species. Won't that be cute?
