Ground pork, green sauce, and flour tortilla enchiladas !!!

Ya don't care for red sauce, it's bitter you say ? I've got a stupid simple enchilada sauce recipe for y'all. I've never bought red enchilada sauce in my life. Hears my sister's recipe. :)

For one cup sauce :
2 tea chile powder
1 Tbl corn starch
1tea paprika
1/2 tea salt
Mix in one cup of water.
Microwave : 30 to 60 seconds at a time, stir; and continue, till thick.
On stovetop : Stir, till boiling, and thickened.

Ownce thickened.
Stir in :
1tea garlic
1tea pepper
1Tbl lemon or lime juice
Enchilada sauce done ! 😀 !!!

Ownce sauce is cooled, it can also be combined with equal parts mayonnaise, for a great Taco Salad Dressing also !👍👍
