Mary, I put some old cut up potatoes showing eyes into ditches dug in hard pack clay soil. Worked to start softening up the soil and gave some potatoes to boot. Might work to feed you and the goats.
Not much going on here. Had strong t-storms last evening with hail and 2" rain in 2 hours. Blooms are shredded!
