Does it have drain holes in the pot, Victoria? Putting rocks in the bottom of a pot doesn't help at all. I would hold off on watering it. I've over watered too many of them! It could just be a bit of transplant shock. Normally it's better to leave a new succulent in the pot it came in until it's used to your new situation and growing well.
